Like your article . Also the ‘disclaimer ‘ at the top.

AI is the ‘dirty secret’ that is polarizing many right now . Put it out there I say ! Middle way rules

Funnily enough this article was entirely me. AI just spell checked & grammar/punctuation. Some are much more AI. But always my research, hooks, analogies, metaphors, ideas. It certainly is polarizing though. Amazing tool for sure.

Yes me too . Most articles I write myself . Some look like a dogs breakfast so I get some tweaks from Claude 😂

Jade, your video isn't available.

Great piece, thank you. I have been in an "identity conversation" both personally and with clients.

This resonates strongly with me, Jade.

I especially appreciate your point that information and habits are downstream of identity. In my own work I've arrived at a very similar conclusion from a different direction.

The only place where my framework diverges is that I don't see the nervous system as rewriting an identity into a better one. Rather, I see it as gradually releasing the incoherent survival architecture until what has always been present begins to organize experience naturally.

In other words, I don't think coherence creates the authentic self. I think coherence removes what was obscuring it.

Different language, perhaps, but I suspect we're pointing toward neighboring territory.

Excellent piece.

Im beginning to think that the thoughts rushing into our heads works the same as the involuntary nervous system like the heart or breathing. Once i brought awareness to this my work has taken another step forward.
